Saturday, August 18th, 2007

This sermon was recorded on the evening of Friday, August 10th at our 2007 August Camp, Gartmore. The speaker is Mrs. Grace Gault.

Speaking Notes

Samson and John the Baptist were set apart from their time of birth as Nazarites. They were separated unto God. Reference to the testimony of Miss Taylor and Mr Black. Both had deep touches of God on their lives – revival fire. The last prayer of Jesus shows us how deep His love is for us. Christ is preparing a way for His people to enter into heaven. Satan would be content if we never knew this God, but there is a place for us to know the fire and the glory of God.

Saturday, August 18th, 2007

This sermon was recorded on the morning of Friday, August 10th at our 2007 August Camp, Gartmore. The speaker is Mr. Andrew Jewell.

Speaking Notes

Revival. A visitor to our church some years ago thought that revival had already come upon us. Ezekiel was taken captive to Babylon. Prophesying of the removal of the temple, then came a message of revival. The temple was never actually built – the temple was Christ. Waters to swim in – not just to be at ankle depth – the river gets deeper, there is always more. Andrew speaks of what he saw that lies ahead for us, and more. He speaks of another time when he was the midst of a dark assault and how immediate victory came in the midst of it. The vision of Christ is glorious, there is an inheritance for us to claim.

August Camp 2007 Podcast #06: Wednesday, August 8th 2007, Morning – Miss J. Jack

Saturday, August 18th, 2007

This sermon was recorded on the morning of Wednesday, August 8th at our 2007 August Camp, Gartmore. The speaker is Miss J. Jack.

Speaking Notes

We need a rightness of heart before the glory will touch us. The efficacy of the Ark is linked to the condition of the Children of Israel. The glory is hell to those who are not in the light. Dagan fell before the Ark. The Philistines could not keep the Ark and sent it back to Israel, but Saul did not restore it. This is like the church – we keep the power of God very remote, it is more comfortable. David bringing back the Ark. We must have reverence and awe when coming before God. It is a fearful thing to be displeased with God. God is God, and what He does is right. We must change to be aligned with God. All the hose of Obededom was blessed when the Ark was there. David prepared a place for the Ark and brought it back properly. Christ wants to bless us. The Ark was out in a field and David was now at home. He had distanced himself. Don’t let a distance come between you and God. Bring the Ark into the centre of your life and the power of Pentecost will fall.

Monday, August 13th, 2007

This sermon was recorded on the morning of Wednesday, August 8th at our 2007 August Camp, Gartmore. The speaker is Dr. George Marshall.

Speaking Notes

The Ark of the Covenant. King Josiah putting the Ark back into the temple was the last mention of it given in scripture. There are 3 theories as to what happened to it thereafter. 1 – Given by Solomon to a son of the Queen of Sheba and then taken to Ethiopia. 2 – Lawrence of Arabia – archaeologists have worked to discover the city of Ubra, is it possible that the Ark is there? They found the city, but not the Ark. 3 – King Solomon buried the Ark in catacombs under the temple in Jerusalem.

August Camp 2007 Podcast #04: Tuesday, August 7th 2007, Evening – Mrs. G. Gault

Monday, August 13th, 2007

This sermon was recorded on the evening of Tuesday, August 7th at our 2007 August Camp, Gartmore. The speaker is Mrs. Grace Gault.

Speaking Notes

The call of God. Being chosen depends upon our response to the call of God. Many are called but few are chosen. Don’t think about having the same calling as someone else has, there is a calling specifically for you. Ruth was not born with a naturally privileged heritage. She wasn’t born with a silver spoon in her mouth. Ruth pressed through every obstacle that she was born into, and through to the vision of God. Naomi is in the centre, and the purposes of God, yet she suffers terribly in the natural. She has literally become a corn of wheat that dies so that the fruit might grow. Take instruction and go with those that know Him – there is food there for you.
